Each cabina is a large independent sleeping room with hot water in the private bath, tile flooring, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and covered tile porch with hammock.  One cabina has 1 double bed.  The other two cabinas have 2 double beds and 2 single beds, bunked.  Each cabina has complimentary coffee.  The fully-equipped kitchen and open-air dining terraza are located in an adjacent building.  In addition, a house, Casa Tranquila, at Cabinas la Tranquilidad has a double bed and 2 single beds in the bedroom, plus 2 single beds, bunked, in the sunroom.  It has hot water, 1 ½ baths, tile flooring, air conditioning, ceiling fans, automatic washer, fully-equipped private kitchen, indoor dining, and sunroom living area.

The swimming pool and children's pool are centered on the beachfront vacation property.  Water volleyball/basketball is available for guests to enjoy in the larger pool.  Billiards, foosball, and darts await guests in the recreational rancho.  There's room for that impromptu soccer game, Costa Rica's favorite sport, or for volleyball on the beach.  Bicycles, hammocks, beach chairs, and beach towels are available for guests to use on the beach as well.  Outdoor showers are located near the beach and the pools.
